Taylor Burlingame

Executive Chef

Executive Chef Taylor Burlingame, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Taylor started his cooking career at Arterra, the San Diego, CA outpost of James Beard Award winner Bradley Ogden. Taylor then moved to San Francisco, CA to work under Michael Mina at the celebrated RN74, quickly rising to Sous Chef under Chef Michael Rafidi. When Chef Rafidi was recruited to Washington DC to run the kitchens at Requin and Arroz in Washington DC, Taylor was tapped as the Chef De Cuisine, and subsequently the Executive Chef of Requin  in the Wharf.

Taylor looks forward to expanding his experience beyond his French background with his take on modern American comfort cuisine.
